ECFSTServ is a small server tool which runs on the main pc (IvAc and
Team Speak running there) and communicates to Easy Clearance 3
and/or Flight Strip Tool - IVAO, which are running on a second pc.

By means of this tool you can run Easy Clerance 3 as well as
Flight Strip Tool - IVAO on a second pc, without loosing features.
